Recovery isn't easy but you're not alone...

There was a time when my thoughts felt overwhelming and food controlled more of my life than I ever wanted it to. Recovery wasn't easy and most of the time it felt incredibly lonely, like no one understood what was going on inside my mind.

I remember wishing there was a place that actually got it, not something clinical, not something overwhelming. Just something safe and real. That's why I created this space.

A place for people in recovery to feel understood, to process their thoughts and to not feel as alone.

This isn't just a website, it is a safe space.

A space where your thoughts are valid, your struggles are heard and you are reminded that recovery takes time, there's no time frame on recovering.

A Space For Real Recovery:

Recovery can feel really overwhelming, confusing and honestly quite lonely. This space is for the parts that don't always get spoken about, the thoughts, the struggles and everything going on in your mind.

I share blogs from my own recovery and what I went through because I know how much I needed something like this at the time.

Something real, not perfect. I also post things to help you feel a bit more understood and less alone, especially on the days when recovery feels a bit too much.

I created this because I remember how it felt to have all of this in my head and nowhere to put it. This is just a space to feel understood, to be honest with yourself and to remind you that you're not alone.

A Safe Space For Your
Recovery🤎

This isn't just a website, it's a space for your recovery. Somewhere you can come back to, feel understood and take things one step at a time.

You don't have to do this alone.

Free to access, always.

My Recovery Journals:

These journals were created from my own experience of recovery not from a textbook, but from living through it myself.

I know how overwhelming it can feel when your thoughts are constantly racing and how exhausting  it is trying to navigate recovery on your own. That's why I wanted to create something real, something that actually understands what it feels like.

There are two journals, each designed to support you in different ways.

The recovery journal is a safe space to write, reflect and process your thoughts. It's there for the everyday moments to help you understand your feelings, track your progress and support you through the ups and downs of recovery.

The fear food journal is more focused helping you gently work through specific challenges around food. It gives you space to record your fear foods, reflect on how you're feeling and track your progress in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

Both journals are created to give you somewhere to put your thoughts when they feel too much, a space that feels safe, personal and understanding.

Physical Journal

Eating Disorder Recovery Journal

Recovery isn't just about what you do it's about what's going on in your head every day. The thoughts, the overthinking, the moments that it all feels too much.

This journal was created to give you somewhere to put all of that. A space to slow things down, understand your thoughts and feel a little less alone. Not something clinical or complicated just something real from a girl who understands.

What's included inside:

Gentle prompts to help you reflect on your thoughts, emotions and recovery.

Pages to check in with yourself, especially on hard days.

Space to write freely, without judgement.

Personal advice and reflections from my own recovery.

Supportive reminders to come back to when your thoughts feel loud.

A way to start recovery or continue with your recovery.

You might not have all the answers right now. But you deserve a space where you can start to understand yourself again.

Physical Journal

Facing My Fear Food Journal

Facing fear foods can feel like one of the hardest parts of recovery. The thoughts, the anxiety, the build up around trying fear foods. It not as simple as just eating it. This journal was created to support you through that process in a way that feels manageable  and not overwhelming.

It's a space to come back to before, during and after facing a fear food.

What's included inside:

Dedicated pages for each fear food, where you can record what you tried (Put a photo in or draw it), the date, your thoughts and how it felt.

Monthly overview pages to look back on the foods you've faced and see how far you've come.

Gentle prompts to help you prepare.

Supportive reminders to come back to when it feels to much.

A way to recognise progress, even when it feels small.

It's about taking small steps at your own pace and having something there to support you through it. Even thinking about starting is a step and that counts.

DIGITAL RECOVERY Support PACK

The Recovery Support Pack

This is for the moments when everything feels a bit too much.

Not one specific part of recovery, just all of it. The thoughts, the overwhelm and the days that feel harder than others.

I created this as something you can come back to when you need support, without it feeling clinical or structured in a way that adds pressure. It's simply there for you in whatever way you need it.

The support pack brings both journals together, so you have a space to check in with yourself, as well as something to gently guide you through recovery and challenges around food once you feel ready.

Recovery isn't just one thing and sometimes you need more than one kind of support (I know that I did).

Instant download. Use on your phone, ipad or laptop.

Sometimes it just feels like trying again and that
